Terms and Conditions


  • All listed plants are healthy and good conditions.
  • All prices not including shipping. 
  • International shipping, please check the import requirements in your country.
  •  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated manually after the order is completed.


  • Minimum order USD 200.

  • The admin will be confirm and provide a picture of the plant to be sent.


  • International shipping will be charged  for Phytosanitary Certificate $35.
  • We do not provide cities certificate.
  • We will not be responsible for any delay during delivery including customs checking, natural disasters, etc.
  • Courier Service for International shipping : DHL, UPS, EMS and Cargo by air.
  • Plants will be ship 7-14 days after payment receipt or based on condition of the plants.
  • Send scanned copy of document (Phytosanitary Certificate, Invoice and Packing List) for the shipment to email or direct message.
  • Send airwaybill number for tracking position package.

Packaging Procedure

  • Remove soil completely without removing healthy roots to remove moistures and reduce risk of rotting during transit.
  • Perform treatment accordance with regulation at destination country.
  • Wrap each plant separately with multiple layers of tissue to allow each plant to sit snuggly in the box without getting damaged.
  • Use Double-Wall corrugated box for shipment to protect content.
  • Put Phytosanitary Certificate, Packing List and Invoice documents outside the box (inside plastic pouch).

Refund Policy

  • Refund only applies to plants whose conditions are totally damaged (leaves, stems and roots). If only leaves, we will not refund the plant. If the plants sent are damage or rotten, we can replace with new plants for free up to max 75%. 
  • For shipments replacement, postage and phytosanitary costs are borne by customers.
  • Must include clear videos and photos when opening the package as proof. 
  • Customers do not curse and reproach on social media. If this is done, the refund process will be more difficult and maybe we will not refund.
